Clinton Campaign Lawyer – Faces up to Five Years in Prison!

Michael Sussmann was indicted by special counsel John Durham on Thursday for lying to the FBI about not representing “any client” when he acted as a running dog and tipped off the bureau (James Baker) about the Trump Organization secretly communicating with Russian Alfa Bank.

According to a debunked story published by far-left Slate, Donald Trump set up a secret server at Trump Tower on 5th Avenue to “communicate privately with a Putin-tied Russian bank called Alfa Bank.”

The FBI began investigating the Trump Organization’s “back-channel” with the Russian-owned bank after Sussmann ran to the FBI and presented data files to back up the claims.

It was all a lie.

Top FBI official James Baker knew it was a lie but he opened an investigation anyway.

Hillary Clinton was the first to promote the bogus Russian Alfa Bank story with just one week to go until the 2016 election.

According to the indictment, Sussmann was working on behalf of a tech executive and the two discussed faking a paper-trail between Trump Org and Alfa Bank.

“Originator-1 then explained that it would be possible to “fill out a sales form on two websites, faking the other company’s email address in each form,” and thereby cause them “to appear to communicate with each other in DNS.”

Sussmann faces up to five years in prison if convicted.

Sussmann was released on his own recognizance on a $100,000 bond and a judge set a September 22 court date for a status conference.
