BREAKING – NIST Lawsuit Underway

AE911Truth and Richard Gage has raised the required funding to support our lawsuit against NIST, which compels them to release the complete set of documents that they have been stalling making public for years. NIST releases Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests very reluctantly — and only when sued. But they have been forced to concede EVERY TIME. So prepare for a flood of great information after we file. Thanks to you, we should be able to file next week!

The Expected Documents

We will obtain the WTC records that were gathered by FEMA during its 2001-2002 WTC investigation — text and images that go above and beyond the selective records FEMA chose to put in its May 2002 report. The complete record includes all evidence gathered by the various contractors that FEMA employed as part of its investigation. David Cole, the AE911Truth instigator of the FOIA request, estimates that the total exceeds 490,000 documents, videos, photographs, and any other format that FEMA or its contractors used.
